Scatter plot: M/L vs H/L for 1 binding phospho

This is a demonstration of the scatterplot application. Written using Protovis on top of SVG, it is a widget used to plot on an x-y plane. By modulating the hue, saturation, size, and position of each element, the user can be given additional information about the underlying dataset for a given chromosome. For example, visual properties may correspond to read coverage, a summmary of features, and the source of the data.

To Use:

• Click and drag on the plot to pan around. Note that the axes move smoothly.
• Scroll the mousewheel over the plot to zoom in/out.

Interesting Features:

• Note that datapoints activate/display an id when the cursor is nearby, but not necessarily hovering above a point. This is called "bubble pointing". It can be useful when exploring data to rapidly get a sense of the features.
• The green line is a 1st order linear regression of the displayed data.

This plot is displaying the M/L and H/L values for each detected ion in a given Mass Spectrometry experiment.
